Description of problem: I have installed "setools", expecting it to pull in setools-console and/or setools-gui, just like many other similar metapackages do. However, this apparently doesn't work, because the "setools" RPM only depends on python3-setools. This is confusing at best and the "setools" package seemingly serves no useful purpose for most users. Perhaps its description should be amended? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): setools-4.2.2-1.fc31.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. dnf remove setools-* 2. dnf install setools Actual results: Neither setools-console nor setools-gui are installed, "sesearch" is not available. Expected results: A "collection of graphical tools, command-line tools, and Python modules" should be installed according to the description of the "setools" package.
This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
