Description of problem:
When the installer creates RHCOS template, it creates a temporary VM in the process. It's name is something along the lines of tmpvm-for-<cluster_name>-9rp6h-rhcos. After the template has been successfully created, that temporary VM should be destroyed. I don't know if it is cleared after a successful installation, but it definitely isn't cleared after a failed installation attempt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install OCP4
2. Log into RHV webadmin and view the VMs in RHV cluster where your OCP cluster is located.

Actual results:
Temporary VM is still present.

Expected results:
Temporary VM should be cleared from the RHV clsuter.

Yes we need to cherry pick it along with other PRs, I really try to not cherry pick everything with the capacity that we have since it came back to hunt us in the past and we have bigger things to do.
This PR was mostly for CI and it is a minor inconvenience to regular users.
I don't think we should cherry pick it unless there is a real need.

This fix is more for CI and it is a minor inconvenience to regular users.
Since backporting it will require capacity that we don't have, closing this as a won't fix.
