Describe the issue: 

This line is using wrong example and mislead:

    For <release_version>, specify the version number of OpenShift Container Platform to install, such as 4.3.0. 


Suggestions for improvement: 

4.3.0 should changed to 4.3.0-x86_64 following https://quay.io/repository/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release?tab=tags.
