Description Guilherme Santos 2020-01-28 10:45:57 UTC
Description of problem:
In the step of deploying openshift services for metrics-store (item 2.3 on https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.3/html/metrics_store_installation_guide/installing_metrics_store), the playbook fails, because it can't find the variable rhsub_orgid.
The workaround for this is to manually set rhsub_orgid on /root/vars.yaml before running the step 2 on item 2.3 of the tutorial (link above)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-metrics-1.3.6.2-1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow the tutorial (link above) until the step 2 (including) on item 2.3
2.
3.

Actual results:
Playbook fails, because couldn't find rhsub_orgid

Expected results:
Everything runs successfully

Additional info:
Workaround is to manually set rhsub_orgid on /root/vars.yaml before running the step 2 on item 2.3 of the tutorial

Comment 2 Guilherme Santos 2020-01-29 09:05:16 UTC
Verified on:
ovirt-engine-metrics-1.3.6.4-1.el7ev.noarch

Steps:
1. Follow the tutorial (link on description) until the step 2 (including) on item 2.3

Results:
Everything runs successfully and metrics get properly installed
