Description of problem:
At this moment proxy is not logging HTTP endpoints.
As we are moving forward and trying to leverage HTTP endpoints over XMLRPC this can be a problem.

Basically we are missing all traffic caused by Restraint.

How reproducible:
Read proxy logs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open log
2. Read log
3. Cry

Actual results:
No HTTP hits

Expected results:
All traffic
