Description of problem:
There are several states that apply to nodes in topology in different scenarios:
- selected
- hover
- node is dragging
- filtered
- source node when creating a new connector
- acceptable drop target for regrouping
- acceptable drop target for creating / moving a connector
- unacceptable drop target for regrouping
-unacceptable drop target for creating / moving a connector
