Due to https://github.com/cilium/ebpf/issues/43, I'm not sure this will work on Rawhide or F32. Is there a way you can run the other tests that don't require a special rlimit?
I've sent an ask upstream but I doubt it is possible.
Shall I do something more to fix the package? Tests need network per upstream answer so I can't enable them.
I also could not find any way to test it in mock. Do you have some user in mind that we can test with, because according to the link I posted, this package may not be working right now.
It's a new dependency for golang-github-opencontainers-runc. https://github.com/opencontainers/runc/blob/master/libcontainer/cgroups/ebpf/ebpf.go I don't know where else its used. I don't think https://github.com/cilium/ebpf/issues/43 is a problem, it's for people who built their ebpf with Clang 10. Maybe golang-github-cilium-ebpf is not compatible with it yet but that doesn't block ise in runc.
Clang 10 is in Fedora 32+, but it looks like that's only used for tests. Approved.
