   We have quartz dependency for scheduling which can be achieve by using standard java scheduler.

Verified with RHVH 4.4.1 and RHGS 3.5.2
1. Hosted Engine setup was up
2. Ran all workloads in VMs and VM lifecycle events

Also dedicated soak testing was done for quite a few days, to observe
engine works good with this change. All looks good.

There are no errors observed with engine
