Description of problem:
The Restore button on clicking is not restoring the snapshot

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Persistent Volume Claim list view
2. Go in the details for any PVC
3. Go to VolumeSnapshot Tab
4. Click on Restore option in Kebab menu
5. Click Restore Button

Actual results:
Nothing Happens on the clicking of Button.

Expected results:
Snapshot should be restored to create a PVC

Bug reconstructed

Setup:
Provider-vmware
OCP Version- 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-05-07-045837
OCS Version-4.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Persistent Volume Claims list page
2. Click on kebab menu on the right for any PVC
3. Look for an option to create a snapshot/Restore.

User cant find an option to create Snapshot/Restore for PVC from UI.
