User Story: As an OpenShift administrator using OCS 4.3 Multi-Cloud Object Gateway, I want a user interface (instead of using a CLI or YAML) where I can configure my object buckets and object bucket claims.

"Once you’ve created the OBC, you must attach it to a deployment" - isn't "must" a little too strong here?
