This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle. Changing version to 32.
Dear Maintainer, your package has not been built successfully in 32. Action is required from you. If you can fix your package to build, perform a build in koji, and either create an update in bodhi, or close this bug without creating an update, if updating is not appropriate [1]. If you are working on a fix, set the status to ASSIGNED to acknowledge this. I'll try to get this building again but upstream project looks more or less dead.

rjones, can you help here? My ocaml skills are nearly not existent.
It compiles fine from git. It seems that the Fedora version doesn't compile because it is missing this commit: https://github.com/sgimenez/laby/commit/341f32d2cc12dd9ab6b291beed2ecaf6ef99c982 TBH my suggestion is that you just move directly to packaging git releases, since 0.6.4 even with patches is 6 years old.
