opam failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f32 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=41319988 For details on the mass rebuild see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_32_Mass_Rebuild Please fix opam at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, opam will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 33, opam will be retired, if it still fails to build. I updated to version 2.0.6; this fixed a problem. However, now the build fails with this: Error: Files /usr/lib64/ocaml/dose3/algo.cmxa and /usr/lib64/ocaml/ocamlgraph/graph.cmxa make inconsistent assumptions over implementation Graph ...which I think I've seen before but I forget what the source of the issue is.
Right-- this just meant that dose3 needed to be rebuilt (because it gets rebuilt first in the mass rebuild before ocamlgraph). After rebuilding dose3, opam successfully built. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=41428379
