v8-314 failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f32

Please fix v8-314 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
v8-314 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 33,
v8-314 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I successfully revived this package. I am not sure if I should have done this, but I did it.

v8-314-3.14.5.10-19.fc32 in rawhide.
