Description
Resources tab in the sidebar for list view doesn't identify owned by Operator backed service however in topology view sidebar identifies operator backed service.

Expected Result
Sidebar in topology and list show should be uniform and identifies workloads owned by Operator backed service.

Actual Result
Sidebar in topology and list show doesn't identify workloads owned by Operator backed service.

Verified the bug on 4.5 CI build. Observed Resources tab in Sidebar under topology and List view identified workloads owned by Operator backed service & display it accordingly (PSA).

Verified build: 4.5.0-0.ci-2020-02-28-072816
Verified browsers: Chrome Version 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit), Safari Version 13.0.5 (14608.5.12)
