Section Number and Name: Chapter 13. Provisioning Cloud Instances in Google Compute Engine

Describe the issue: As part of 6.7, API and Hammer CLI support has been added for provisioning using the Google Compute Engine Compute Resource in Satellite. 

Suggestions for improvement: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1721848#c8 add these new Hammer CLI commands to the relevant chapter for 6.7
