Description of problem:

/etc/ovirt-provider-ovn/logger.conf is a config file in the rpm, so it it is allowed for the user to modify it. For this reason, it might be nice to have this file included in the backup.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Modify /etc/ovirt-provider-ovn/logger.conf
2. backup ovirt
3. restore ovirt in a new enviroment

Actual results:
Modification of /etc/ovirt-provider-ovn/logger.conf is lost.

Expected results:
Modification of /etc/ovirt-provider-ovn/logger.conf is restored.

Looks like this may be useful on upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4, considering to add it in 4.3.9

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.3.9 release, published on March 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.3.9 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
