Description of problem:
require valid-user is present in the new nagios.conf, but the AuthType, AuthName and AuthUserFile is misisng.

Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install nagios
2.check /etc/httpd/conf.d/nagios.conf
3.
  

Actual Results:  nagios authentication broke

I've got it for SSL but forgot it for the non-SSL.  I'll add it to the next release.
