Description of problem:
change the font of resource title "Alertmanager" on the top-left page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-02-11-200858

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Administration->Cluster Settings->Global Configuration->Alertmanager

Actual results:
The font of resource title "Alertmanager" on the top-left page is little bit strange. 


Expected results:
It should increase/bold the font

Monitoring->Alerting & Administration->clustersetting->Global
Configuration->Alertmanager
Both have the suitable front size.
Verified on 4.5.0-0.ci-2020-02-25-003652
