Description of problem:

For tables such as pods, projects, etc, the "Namespace" column should be hidden if namespace is selected per the 3rd bullet point in this epic:

This will be addressed in Joe Caiani's upcoming (4.6) PF4 column management proof of concept.

Move to upcoming sprint: This can be addressed when we tackle the column management story in a future release
