Description of problem:
In 4.4 we moved to async live snapshots. This is working with the 4.4 engine and vdsm.
But, in 4.4 engine we also might have a cluster version 4.3, with 4.3 vdsm.
In that case currently, the live snapshot will always fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a 4.3 cluster
2. Run a VM on that cluster
3. Create a snapshot

Actual results:
Snapshot will fail due to the engine not finding any job running in vdsm.

Expected results:
Snapshot should work normally.

This bug is targeting 4.4.1 and is in modified state, can we re-target to 4.4.0 and move to QE?

Verified with:
- RHV 4.4.0-0.29.master.el8ev.noarch
- vdsm-4.30.44-1.el7ev.x86_64 (4.3 host)
- libvirt-4.5.0-33.el7.x86_64 (4.3 host)


Verification steps:
1. On a running 4.4 environment - create DC and cluster (with SD) configured with 4.3 as 'Compatibility Version'
2. Add a 4.3 host to the 4.3 cluster
2. Create a VM and start it on the 4.3 host
3. Create Snapshot
4. Clone a VM from the snapshot

Result:

- Create VM, Snapshot, Clone a VM from the snapshot - done successfully.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
