Description Petr Balogh 2020-02-14 18:29:08 UTC
Description of problem:
As discussed in this BZ:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1802089

it would be very helpful to have feature for disabling specific packages from the source like:

apiVersion: config.openshift.io/v1
kind: OperatorHub
metadata:
  name: cluster
spec:
  sources:
  - disabledPackages:
    - ocs-operator
    name: redhat-operators

This will allow us to easier test internal builds cause the name of operator is currently the same as in live content from Red Hat Operators. If we disable just our specific package then we shouldn't have conflict with package coming from our internal source added by CatalogSource.

Closing as this should be opened under the RFE jira project as Vu described.
