Description of problem:
[UI] - Add nmstate version under 'Hosts' > 'General' software information

Now when we moved to nmstate by default, we must add the nmstate version information under 'Hosts' > 'General' software information.
This is a valuable information for the admin and should be exposed in the engine UI.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
