The installation checklist will allow the admins to gather the list of items that are required for deployment.

This would make the installation easier and make the admins prepare in advance for deployment

Verified all the docs, the installation checklist is mentioned with the deployment flow in 
all the doc except for the RHEL based RHHI-V 3 node deployment

Waiting for the changes to reflect in that guide to move this bug to VERIFIED
