Can't run fedora-review since not all deps available in Koji at this moment. Package was generated through rust2rpm, simplifying the review considerably.

- Conforms to packaging guidelines (rust2rpm generated spec)
- license correct and valid
- only sources installed

Package approved.

This package generates a binary crate as well, though there is nothing wrong packaging wise anyway...
