Description of problem:

The openshift-ansible glusterfs roles default to enabling the  HEKETI_LVM_WRAPPER using the exec-on-host script. This script is not appropriate for independent mode installs.

We need to update the documents to cover this variable and when and where the human doing the upgrade needs to change it from the default.


Must be tested with openshift-ansible masster (upstream) or openshift-ansible-3.11.169-1.git.0.e22497a.el7

wrt comment 7, point 4, Do I need a note in Chapter 8. Upgrading Your Red Hat Openshift Container Storage in Independent Mode.

I replied to Amrita in chat about the changes to be made. Suggested the following:

1. Add a line with value set to empty string 'value: ""' in independent mode cases.
2. Add a note/instruction specifying why the value needs to be empty string in those cases.
