+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1804827 +++

The table columns are often too narrow for the data, which causes lots of wrapping. In some cases, the table can table up the full screen in the dashboard. Also, the table columns are in a different order than what Grafana displays.

Memory Quota Table

1. cluster admin user views k8s-resources-node dashboard
2. Check data & order in Memory Quota table

Now the table column and row layout is much prettier

Verified on     4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-02-23-191320
