The package spice-client-msi previously shipped with RHV will be now shipped in RHEL 8.2 with a new name: spice-client-win (Bug #1785133).

The new package is not included in RHEL 8.2 Beta so we can't require it in RHV 4.4 alpha / beta cycle but only in RC cycle.
