Pixelated skeleton

Description of problem:

See screenshot. The skeleton for the charts is pixelated and looks pretty bad.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Monitoring Dashbards
2. Select cluster-total from the dropdown

Hi Sam,

on recent 4.5 builds such as 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-05-07-144853, I didn't see chart placeholder when viewing dashboards, it just shows loading .... then charts will be displayed. Do you also see the same thing?

Yes, it was removed. We might add it back to the monitoring dashboards and query browser at some point. In the meantime, you should be able to test the new chart skeleton for this bug on other pages with charts.
