I'm seeing this failure in CI frequently: https://prow.svc.ci.openshift.org/view/gcs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_console/4428/pull-ci-openshift-console-master-e2e-gcp-console/13101 https://storage.googleapis.com/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_console/4428/pull-ci-openshift-console-master-e2e-gcp-console/13101/artifacts/e2e-gcp-console/gui_test_screenshots/9675a6d021a3dc0e1835b1bf1b1e534e.png There's an error from the API server saying the image is prohibited by the policy. 51 failures in the last two weeks: https://search.svc.ci.openshift.org/?search=+%E2%9C%96+should+deploy+the+image+and+display+it+in+the+topology&maxAge=336h&context=2&type=all This appears to be happening in both 4.4 and master. It's unclear to me if this is a legitimate bug or a flake.
Note that this appears to be a *different* problem than the one fixed by https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/4411
