Description of problem:
According to design, user should be able to create a cronJob for creating snapshot for PVC, the option is not visible in dropdown.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to PVC list page
2. Click Create Snapshot from kebab menu
3. Click dropdown for schedule

Actual results:
Only single snapshot schedule is visible

Expected results:
CronJob schedule should be visible too.

Test Process: 
1.Go to "Storage" -> "Persistent Volume Claims"
2.Create PVC:
name:testpvc
Status:Bound
Capacity:10Gi
Access Modes:ReadWriteOnce
Volume Mode:Filesystem
Storage Class:ocs-storagecluster-cephfs
3.Go to "Storage" -> "Persistent Volume Claims"
4.Click on "kebab menu"
5.There is not snapshot option
