Description of problem:
The Haskell platform is missing in EPEL 8. Is it possible to add this (FWIW, it was included in EPEL 7)?

Yes, I am planning to build ghc for EPEL8.
Unfortunately it was not included in Code Ready Builder.

(Note though that ghc-8.2.2 is not going to be the final stable ghc version for epel8, but this is a first step there.)

FEDORA-EPEL-2020-c24419cb8d has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 8 stable repository.
If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report.

I see only ghc-8.2.2-68.3.el8 in EPEL 8.
