Feature: IPv6 provisioning is now enabled in Ironic. Reason: We now provide a compatible iPXE binary that uses the UEFI networking stack. Result: Users can now provisioning using IPv6.

In order to provisioning IPv6 hosts, ironic needs to include snponly.efi in the tftpboot directory.
