Xterm under Gnome

Description of problem: application lacks option covering its settings. Tested under Wayland and X display servers, on Gnome.

Hi,
Right now you can access menus with by pressing ctrl+left_mouse_button/ctrl+middle_mouse_button/ctrl+right_mouse_button.
Unfortunately asaik the top menu can be enabled only with configure option so i would have to enable it for all those that
are using xterm and i am not sure that it would be beneficial.
