gnutls contains assembly codes generated from older openssl source, which have no CET support. I have enabled CET on openssl master branch. How can we ask gnutls to update these assembly codes from openssl master branch?
This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33.
Fedora 34 has the same issue. A patch can be found at https://gitlab.com/cet-software/gnutls/-/commit/1e2912b034d34b3a74edc697a16fdbe22f765133
The fastest way would be probably to submit a PR upstream. I found possibly related issue here: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1043 Added Daiki as assignee so it will not get lost.
