Run the WSU e2e test suite multiple times against the same VMs Actual results: WSU fails on kubeproxy copy on the VM that downloaded WMCB Expected results: WSU succeeds Additional info: This is happening because kube-proxy is in use. This is fixed by moving the `Ensure kube-proxy Windows Service is not running` to execute before the `Copy kube-proxy to C:\k` task.
