Description of problem:
When dragging a boot order item, the dragging preview background is transparent,  that may confuse user what is item being dragged while dragging.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM
2. Go to VM details page
3. Open Boot order edit modal
4. Drag a boot order item

Actual results:
The dragged box is transparent.

Expected results:
The dragged box has a different color then the underlying elements.

docs stay the same after bug fix
