+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1809555 +++

Description of problem:
The helm chart endpoint has hard coded URL.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to catalog page.
2. Check the network tab. 
3. Index.yaml is getting fetched from hard coded URL and not the backend proxy.

Actual results:
Hard coded URL.

Expected results:
Using proxy backend URL.
