Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
dnf seems unable to roll back a transaction involving a group.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf groupinstall 'System Tools'
2. dnf history undo last

Actual results:

The failure is because dnf defaults to strict. When a package can't be found the entire transaction is aborted. 

We see in the output it failed to find "@security-tools" which is not a package but a group id.

We can workaround this for the time being by disabling strict for that transaction. The error will be displayed but it will skip the missing "package" (group-id)
