Describe the issue:


Only the ports detail are provided but some other points should be documented:
 - is any load balancing algorithm preferred? If not, a note should be added that customer can choose the algorighm at their convenience.
 - is recommended to use TCP check or HTTP check?
 - in case of recommending an HTTP check, which URL should be monitored in the backend servers?
 - is there any recommended configuration for the check? Any value for timeout or retries? This might be important when applying configurations using MCO or updates so a suggestion for the customers might help.
 - is supported SSL offloading? Does it have any caveats/concerns when using it? 


Additional information:
This can be as easy as describing as a reference the configuration done by the IPI installer in AWS.
