For Azure: Add a note in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_gluster_storage/3.5/html/deployment_guide_for_public_cloud/chap-documentation-deployment_guide_for_public_cloud-azure-prerequisites with: 
- min # of nodes is 3
- for minimum recommended instance types, see KCS https://access.redhat.com/articles/66206
