Paunch is being replaced with an ansible role dedicated to managing containers. We need to remove references to Paunch, and document the new ansible role mechanism.

Example user story: "As a user, I want to pull a container image from RH, modify it, push to registry, and restart the container in one fell swoop, without redeploying the overcloud'.
