If all APIs provided by an operator are marked internal, the "Provided APIs" section of the Installed Operators details page is empty with no message. There should be a message saying there are no provided APIs.

Install operator which define internal api(openshift piplelines operator), goto install detail page, it will have No Kubernetes APIs are being provided by this Operator under provided APIs
