Jeff -- Does this issue require an internal change, as with https://github.com/openshift/cluster-logging-operator/pull/398, where you updated the link in the `manifests/4.5/cluster-logging.v4.5.0.clusterserviceversion.yaml` ? It isn't a docs issue, if I understand correctly.
Closing WONTFIX as 4.2 is approaching EOL and the 4.1 docs are generally applicable to a 4.2 deployment
