The purpose of the update is to add ability to run all the latest upstream tests on OSP16 in downstream CI as it runs upstream tests only from rpm.

*The current d/s CI runs with:
RHOS_TRUNK-16.0-RHEL-8-20200226.n.1

*The related tag is 0.6.0 - Last patch was in Sep 25 2019

*In upstream repo we see that there is already tag 0.9.0 (last patch Feb 26 2020),
which has related release patch:
