Description of problem:
Can not enable copr in ipv6 only network

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy an ipv6 network only vps,choose fedora 31;
2. dnf copr enable librehat/shadowsocks;


Actual results:
Curl error (7): Couldn't connect to server for https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/librehat/shadowsocks/repo/fedora-31/dnf.repo?arch=x86_64

Expected results:
enable success


Additional info:
Hi, I noticed the info 'Please do not file bug reports about these packages in Fedora Bugzilla.' , but I think this issue is on crop itself.
If I am wrong, just sorry for that!

Thanks for the report.  You are right, IPv6-only hosts are not yet supported.

Mayby it's still the day for ipv6 only  lol.
