I needed to upload logs to bugzilla, so I've decided to reuse the exception handling test, please do not close this as a "notabug".

On latest F32 the blivet log messages are not saved to /tmp/storage.log. The log messages are still in the journal so I assume blivet part is working as expected and the problem is somewhere in anaconda.
