these tests are consistently failing in this job.  we have no hope of getting it to green w/o resolving this (though there are plenty of other flakes that will need to be investigated once this is fixed).

i/o timeout on routes, don't expect our tests to pass if your routing is broken. I am guessing misconfiguration or something similar, moving to Routing to confirm.

Ingress doesn't work on this topology (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1794839) but I'll leave the bug open and blocked by 1794839.

This issue was fixed in 4.5 by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1794839. It's not clear in [1] whether ARO would like to have the fix backported.
