Description of problem:

As a operator I would like to expose Manila shares via CephFS native in order to improve performances and scalability knowing the networking requirements and security implications.

Manila CephFS Native is currently tech preview, this RFE tracks the effort required to graduate it tech preview.

This RFE is targeting traditional workload. Once this RFE is verified and we have Cephfs Native fully supported, we will work on shift on stack integration with Manila CSI.

Managing both CephFS-NFS and Cephfs native within the same OSP environment is NOT part of this RFE.
