Description of problem: With the latest update of gnome-shell (gnome-shell-3.36.0-3.fc32.x86_64) drag&drop by mouse is broken on Wayland. It's recent regression, it worked fine yesterday before last system update. It acts like mouse button does not stay pressed. I can't move any application by mouse, I can't move applications among workspaces etc, pressed mouse button acts like press+release. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-shell-3.36.0-3.fc32.x86_64 How reproducible: Always
It's interesting that application window resize works.
It also affects X11 version of gnome-shell.
Hm, gnome-shell is not the right component here. I can reproduce it in XFCE too. Also does not look like a bug in Gtk3 as I have pretty old gkt3 installed.
Hm, looks like it's broken only when exteral mouse is used. Works OK when I use integrated touchpad.
Hl, looks like HW issue after all, when I replaced the mouse I don't see any issue. Sorry for the noise.
