Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

 polymake-singular-3.6-1.fc31.x86_64

How reproducible:

can not execute "dnf upgrade" package conflicts in perl-interpreter etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf upgrade

Actual results:

upgrade conflicts; fails;


Expected results:

upgrade succeeds no error.
